Appointments

We encourage all clients to book one appointment at a time, usually in 6-week intervals. This is to manage your treatment efficiently and ensure sessions are appropriately spaced for best results around hair growth cycles.

Your appointment, and any amendments should be managed online within your user account details.

Cancellation 

Should you need to cancel your appointment, for any reason, we require at least 48 hours notice. If you don’t provide the appropriate notice of cancellation or fail to attend an appointment then a 50% fee will be levied, with a minimum of £20.

Refunds 

Unfortunately, no refunds will be given for single treatments, package treatments or upfront payments.

Attending

Our clinic is appointment-only. When you attend your appointment, we ask that you arrive no more than 5 minutes early and come alone. We are unable to have any plus ones or babies/children in the clinic for insurance purposes.

Appointment Time

Unfortunately, if you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment is unlikely to go ahead and this would be treated as a non-attendance.
